I’m doing the workouts. I’m failing at the diet. I know it is hard, especially long term, but I need to have zero tolerance for foods outside my diet. At least for now. No snacking. No chips. Stick to the plan.
Idea that occurred to me during this morning’s bootcamp session. I’m going to try journaling my diet here. I’m not including the cals/macros here since that’ll take significantly more time. I just need to see my choices written.
