- Suicide run
- 20 rope slam
- Mixed planks, side planks, 6 inch hold, flutter kicks, squat holds, squat jumps
- Circuit 2 (10 min)
- Sprint to ropes
- Rope slams x20
- High knees, butt kickers
- Circuit 3, 10 min
- Push kb to column, 5 burpees
